Halo Darlin’ Shipping, Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
Shipping:
- Free Shipping on all orders over $150 (this does not apply during promotional sales)
- We do our best to get orders out in a timely manner, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped. We do not cater to time sensitive shipments, so be sure to plan ahead!
- We ship through USPS and UPS carriers, and once we have created a shipment label it will send you an email with tracking information.
- We ship from Texas.
- We do offer international shipping, contact us with any issues when checking out.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will begin processing on Monday.
- For weather reasons, there might be shipping delays, where we cannot get to our shipping carriers until it clears. Please refer to Facebook and Instagram for weather delays affecting shipping out orders.
- The USPS website does not update their tracking until the packing has arrived at the destination sorting facility. The date that shows your package scanned doesn’t necessarily mean that is the day it left our warehouse.
- If your order is returned because it was sent to the wrong address you provided at checking, it is NOT Halo Darlin’s responsibility to pay for shipping for it to be resent.
- If your address is wrong and/or package is lost, or delivered to the wrong address, please understand that Halo Darlin cannot be help responsible, as shipping labels are created based on the address entered by the customer.
- We do our best to use the most protective shipping materials so your package arrives undamaged.
Order Modification:
- Orders cannot be changed, modified, or cancelled after checkout.
- We work very hard to get orders out as fast as we can!
- You may return the item(s) in accordance with our return policy.
- Promo Codes can only be applied during checkout.

All About Returns!
Exchanges:
- Due to our limited quantities and high demand for products, we do not offer exchanges on any items. You will be responsible for making a separate purchase for the desired size or any other variation.
What can be returned?
- Halo Darlin’ accepts returns of unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise that are NOT FINAL SALE.
- Returns must be sent back to us 7 business days from the date we have accepted your return.
- International orders cannot be returned.
Refund Details:
*** Your return will be refunded in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not process returns to original payment methods. This applies to all purchases! ***
- We will not accept returns that have not been approved! We will mail it back to you if it is not approved!
- The amount of store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- You as the customer are responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label at your desired shipping carrier.
- To make a return, items must be mailed out no later than 7 business days from the date your order has been approved for a return.
- Pack your item(s) in secure packing with protective packing around the item(s) that was sent to you.
- Once your return is received, we will begin to process your Store Credit. We will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
- If item(s) are returned having be worn, washed, altered, or damaged you will not receive your store credit.
- Please email or message me your tracking information so we can keep an eye out for its arrivals and get you your store credit processed.

Halo Darlin’ is NOT responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items.
Issues with your order:
- If there are any issues such as damage to the item purchased or you have received the wrong item, please contact us with a clear photo of your items within 3 days of delivery.
- We will review and send a prepaid label for a return.
- You have 7 business days to ship the return back to us once we have sent you your prepaid label.
- If the items are not sent back within the 7 days the item(s) will no longer be accepted.
Store credit will be issued for damaged goods. There are no exceptions to this policy. Items that have been worn and claimed damaged will not be accepted.
